How long does it take to become a Trade Customer?
Typically we approve all Trade applications within 2 business days, though this can be a 1 business day turnaround in most cases.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We have containers arriving at our HQ almost every month / every 6 weeks. Popular stones are stocked in our HQ all the time too. We also have a container open at all times so, rest assured, our lead times are FAST.
